Shannon Piollo
I grew up in a community that is unlike any other. It is a community that truly devotes their time to family. But family to them not only includes individuals that are related to them by blood, but also those who are from their hometown of Lila. These people never shy away from their families who may need a helping hand, whether it be financially, emotionally or physically. Their commitment to family is inspiring. Despite not being born and raised in Lila, their family value has reached far beyond its borders of Bohol and has gone international. Therefore, I want to be able to extend my hand to the community of Lila, just like what my parents and other family members did.
